“ We love this bar. It is absolutely fantastic! We always come here before or after when we have reservations across the street at their sister restaurant, Grey Ghost. It has the feel of a dive bar but not dive bar food even though it is served in plastic baskets. And they make cocktails as well...not just drinks...cocktails! Like a Smoked Old Fashioned or Smoked Margareta or Rock & Rye made with Rye whiskey and house made Rock & Rye soda. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is a must try, and be sure to get it with a side of potato wedges. Their Jamacian short rib beef pies with curry sauce melt in your mouth and are so rich and delicious. They recently had chicken wings as a special, and they were some of the best wings we have ever had. They need to add them to their regular menu. Bottom line...don't hesitate if you are thinking of checking them out everything is delicious. Keep in mind that it can get crowded here before and after events at Little Caesars Arena. ”

“ Just stopped in for dessert and oh my gosh the skillet brown butter cookie was AMAZING!!!! I should have taken a picture of it before, but our group just dived into it. It is the kind of cookie you'd think about for days after. Also, the patio was a really cute vibe. They also had some N/A cocktails that sounded good and Heineken 0.0. ”

I had the Smash Burger Patty Melt, it was fresh, real stringy chesses and toasted perfectly. I would highly recommend you check them out. Outdoor seating is available too.. ”

“ Second best IS the best. Boys always get the smash burger patty melt, and I love the fried green tomato BLT. Both are unreal. Great atmosphere. Always a great spot to go to before a game at LCA. Highly recommended! ”
“ With how bad service seems to be at so many establishments, I’m trying to point out great service when I have the chance. We came in with a larger group while celebrating my wife’s birthday before the Lions game. The bar team was getting absolutely crushed the whole time we were there and I saw some impatient guests be kind of rude to the staff yet everyone was friendly and helpful regardless. The one bartender in particular who was running the “Order here” part of the bar literally never got a chance to catch his breath the whole time we were there and he was still friendly and kind each time we came up for a drink. This has consistently been our experience here and it’s a real breath of fresh air. We plan to stop in more often as we’ve never had a bad experience, even when it’s nuts to butts there. Keep up the great work, we see you and appreciate you! ”
